Promotions and bonus offers are common across online gaming platforms. But in most cases, these offers come with so many conditions that everyday players struggle to figure out what they'll actually get. hgnce had this in mind when building its promotions structure — keeping the terms simple, transparent, and realistic.
Hgnce believes that players who play regularly deserve to be rewarded regularly. That's why attractive offers are available not just for new members, but for returning and loyal players as well. From daily login bonuses and weekly reloads to monthly cashback and a VIP loyalty program — there are rewards at every level.
Players in Bangladesh tend to follow cricket and football closely. hgnce understands this and offers dedicated Sports Betting promotions — especially during major events like the World Cup, IPL, or Bangladesh Premier League. Turn on notifications so you never miss these special offers.
There are dedicated bonuses for slots and Fish Game fans too. Complete free spins, free bets, and daily missions to earn extra points — which can later be converted into real cash.

After logging in, go to the Promotions page and select the offer you want.
Full terms are listed below each promotion. Read them carefully so you know exactly how to use your bonus.
Click the "Claim Now" button. Some bonuses are added automatically, while others may require a promo code.
After activating the bonus, make the required deposit amount. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically.
Use your bonus balance to play your favourite games. Once you meet the wagering requirements, you can withdraw your winnings.
You must be 18 years of age or older and register with accurate information to be eligible to claim any promotion.
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you need to wager a set multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
Every bonus has an expiry period. Wagering must be completed within that time, or the bonus will be forfeited.
Some bonuses are restricted to specific games — for example, a slots bonus can only be used on slots, and a sports bonus only on Sports Betting.
The Welcome Bonus and certain special offers can only be claimed once per user.

Hgnce regularly launches new promotions — especially around major sporting events, festivals, and special occasions such as Bangladesh Independence Day, Eid, Victory Day, IPL season, the World Cup, and more.
Keep hgnce notifications turned on to stay ahead of upcoming offers. New promotions are announced on both the app and the website.
Wagering requirements refer to how many times you need to play through your bonus before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a 1,000 BDT bonus and the wagering requirement is 10x, you need to place a total of 10,000 BDT in bets. Most bonuses at hgnce come with relatively low and straightforward wagering requirements.
Keep in mind — the daily cashback bonus has no wagering requirements. You can use or withdraw whatever you receive, right away.
At hgnce, some bonuses can be combined and some cannot. The Welcome Bonus and reload bonus generally cannot be claimed at the same time. However, loyalty points and cashback can almost always run alongside other bonuses.
Each promotion's detail page clearly states which bonuses can be used together. It's worth reading the terms before making a decision.
In some cases, the bonus amount may vary depending on your deposit method. Different rates may apply for mobile banking, e-wallet, or bank transfer deposits. hgnce regularly runs separate promotions for different payment methods.
It's a good habit to check the Promotions page before each deposit — new offers can be added at any time.
